Exhibitor contact details
First and last name - Please provide your first and last name, which we will use in communication.
E-mail is used to send confirmation of registration and organizational instructions. Please enter an address that you check regularly.
We will use the phone number in case of need for quick contact during arrival, installation of the exhibition or when solving technical issues. We recommend providing the number of the person who will be physically present at the event.
Vehicle and exposure information
The mark and model of the vehicle help us to classify your car in the appropriate zone and create visually attractive units.
Fill in the main modifications (engine, chassis, paint, interior, etc.), or other specifics. The more specific the description, the better we can highlight your presentation.
Vehicle mark - the brand or manufacturer of the vehicle
Vehicle model - the exact designation of the vehicle model
Year of manufacture - indicate the year of manufacture of the vehicle
Engine - Engine type and modifications (volume, swap, turbo/compressor, modifications)
Chassis - modifications to the chassis, for example coilover, lowering, stabilizers, air suspension, what type, number of compressors, tank size, etc.
Wheels - Brand, size and specification of the wheels on the vehicle with what tires
Body - Bodykit, widebody, exterior modifications, accessories, or original
Interior - Interior modifications (seats, steering wheel, cage, custom elements, etc.).
Paintwork - Color and special treatment (metallic, candy, wrap, airbrush…).
Audio - sound system, brand, performance and other specifications
Other highlights - Interesting features or unique elements that make the vehicle special, e.g. backlighting, etc.
Photos
Current photos of the vehicle (exterior, interior, engine, detail). They are used for selection and presentation on social networks and the web. Please attach (minimum 3, maximum 6), high-quality, sharp photos of your vehicle from different angles.

Does it cost anything to exhibit a vehicle?
If a vehicle is exhibited as a private exhibitor, or the exhibitor is invited by the organizer, participation is free of charge.
Is it allowed to bring own exhibition props/backdrops?
Yes! It is more than welcome. The effort of vehicle owners to enhance their vehicle or stand is highly appreciated. However, it is preferred to know this in advance so that the space can be planned according to the exhibitor’s requirements. In such a case, it is necessary to inform the organizer. The type of exhibition (solo vehicle, multiple vehicles, club stand, corporate presentation) helps to coordinate the exhibitor with the rest of the participants.
Exhibition surface
The aim is for every exhibitor to be satisfied with the stand and its surface. Every effort is made to place vehicles in an environment that suits them. If a special surface is required or the exhibitor wishes to stand on something specific, this should be indicated during registration.
When is the best time to bring the vehicle?
All exhibition vehicles are parked on Friday, the day before the event itself. After the registration is approved, more detailed arrival instructions are sent. The arrival time helps to spread out arrivals to avoid queues and unnecessary waiting.
Technical and Safety Requirements
The need for an electrical connection and special technical requirements is essential for safety and comfort. Specify whether electricity is required (lighting, audio, screens, charging), what approximate power consumption is expected, and whether there are any special requirements.
Legal Requirements and Consent
Consent to the terms of participation and the processing of personal data is necessary to complete registration. By giving this consent, it is confirmed that the event rules, safety instructions, and the method of processing personal data in accordance with applicable legislation have been read and understood. Without this consent, participation in Kustom City Bratislava cannot be confirmed.
