E-mail is used to send the registration confirmation and organizational instructions. Please enter an address that is checked regularly.
Phone number will be used if quick contact is needed during arrival, exhibition installation, or when resolving technical questions. It is recommended to provide the number of the person who will be physically present at the event.
Information about the vehicle and exhibition
Club name – The official name of the car club or association.
Responsible person – The main contact for communication with the organizer.
Number of cars – The estimated number of vehicles planned for exhibition.
Club focus – A brief description of the club’s focus and activities (e.g. US cars, muscle cars, tuning, stance, vintage cars, off-road, JDM, custom build…).
Please fill out the form carefully and truthfully. Accurate information will allow us to prepare the best possible experience for you and the visitors, while also ensuring that all safety and technical standards of the event are met.
Technical and Safety Requirements
The need for an electrical connection and special technical requirements is essential for safety and comfort. Specify whether electricity is required (lighting, audio, screens, charging), what approximate power consumption is expected, and whether there are any special requirements.
Legal Requirements and Consent
Consent to the terms of participation and the processing of personal data is necessary to complete registration. By giving this consent, it is confirmed that the event rules, safety instructions, and the method of processing personal data in accordance with applicable legislation have been read and understood. Without this consent, participation in Kustom City Bratislava cannot be confirmed.
